Caffeine, Overeating And Burning Calories

I don’t know about you but I have a hard time each and every morning getting through a day without my daily cup of Joe. Trouble is too much of it makes me edgy and stirs my appetite. I can handle the edge, but only so far. It’s that extra appetite rush I get is more disturbing, because I know it just means more exercise in the gym. Burning calories I can accept, but doing more than I have to needlessly is a problem.

I mean if I want to put in some extra strength training or cardio, I much rather do it because it is something I enjoy doing and I know how it makes me feel. Listen I’m not saying I starve myself. No, I like to eat. Eating portions what I think is right for my body is what I need to do.

Coffee is a stimulant. I have known this for a long time. So why after all these years I still overindulge? My fondness for coffee comes down to one thing; the aroma. That’s it. I’m addicted. I know what you’re going to say – drink decaf. True decaf would help but then why bother drinking coffee at all. I might as well hit my local coffee shop, order a tea, and sniff the air.
